1. Refunds

  • Refund Process: Upon verification of the issue, we will process a refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Custom Orders: Products that have been customized or made to order are non-refundable unless they are defective or incorrect.
  • Promotional Items: Items purchased as part of a promotional offer or with a discount may have specific refund restrictions. Please refer to the terms of the promotion for details.

2. Returns

Return Process:

  • Initiating a Return: To return a product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.
  • Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a product defect.
  • Condition of Returned Items: Items must be returned in their original, unused condition, with all packaging and tags intact. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product is not in acceptable condition.

3. Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
